  Is a modern self-catering house that sleeps max.4 people.

  All rates quoted are for the private use of the whole house,

  except for the garage and the private storeroom in the main bedroom.

   2 nights /  R 5000

   3 nights /  R 6300

   4 nights /  R 8400 

   5 nights /  R 10.500

   6 nights /  R 12.600 

   Week Special: sleep 7 nights pay 6 nights: R12.600

   Longer stays o/a.

    Peak Season

    Easter weekend: R2750 per night with a minimum stay of 4  nights.

   July holidays: R2750 per night with a minimum stay of 4 nights.

   Christmas/December holidays: R2750 per night,  with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

   *Specials are not in place during peak season.*

   We ask for a refundable breakage deposit of R2000 per stay.

   When you adhere to the rules and keep the house in good order the deposit will be refunded within 4 days

   after your departure.

   Check-in: between 3.00 - 5.00 PM ( before dark)   

   Later check-ins only in consultation with our caretaker.

   Check Out: Before 9.30 AM
    

  Reservations:  
   If you send us a reservation by e-mail we will send a 

   confirmation and our rental conditions as soon as possible.
   To make your reservation definite, we ask for a deposit

   of 50% of the total sum.
   This deposit needs to be in our bank account within 7 days of your booking request

  The balance must be paid no longer than 4 weeks before your arrival.
  Once we have received the balance, the information for your stay will be sent to you by email.
  We do not charge any additional reservation fees or taxes.

  By booking you automatically agree with our rental conditions.

     Cancellation policy

     We recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance and travel insurance.

•   In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the commencement date, a full refund
•    In case of cancellation within 4 to 2 weeks before the commencement date, 50% of the rent;                                   
•   In case of cancellation within 2 to 1 week before the commencement date, 75% of the rent;
•   In case of cancellation within 1 week before the commencement date, 90% of the rent; 
•   NO refund will take place in case of cancellation on the day of the commencement date.               

  Note: we only accept cancellations sent by email.
